2 Options to Prepare for your Official SOPAT
Option # 1 – drop-in for our POPAT Test Prep (PTP) classes. The SOPAT is very similar to the POPAT, with 3 exceptions: no 5 mat jump on the obstacle course, less weight for the push/pull machine, and less weight for the torso bag carry. The PTP classes are still ideal to preparing you for the SOPAT.
