POPAT Test Prep (PTP)

If you are new to the POPAT, please register for the POPAT Intro Workshop before attending the PTP session. The POPAT Test Prep (PTP) breaks the POPAT into 3 different stations: the obstacle course station, the push/pull machine station, and the vault station. In groups of up to 5 people, you will get to practice the skills learned from the POPAT Intro Workshop needed to be successful for your test.

LEO Fit Training

Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) Fit Training is our fitness based training class. Whether you’re preparing for your test, for the Academy, or for your career, we will help develop your foundation of strength and fitness so you can be fit for duty.

Semi-Private Training (SPT)

Semi-Private Training (SPT) is for you if you need in depth coaching to learn the techniques needed to succeed for your test. Please note these are not one-on-one private sessions. There may be up to 3 people in a training session.

Practice Test (members only)

Practice session for Redline Conditioning members, punch pass holders, and COPAT Training Program members only. Only POPAT, COPAT, SOPAT, and PARE tests are performed for these sessions. For our non-member practice sessions, please click the link below:

High Intensity Circuit Training (HICT)

The HICT classes are designed to challenge both current LEOs (Law Enforcement Officers) and aspiring LEOs through workouts that are varied and based on functional movements for policing. Through the training, your work capacity, physical abilities, and mental resilience will improve, helping you perform better for your test and for duty.

PFA Prep Training

The training class to get exposure to the different elements of the RCMP PFA test, such as the 5 foot fence climb, sled push/pull, stairs, and carrying exercises.
