COVID-19 has changed how the world does business and interacts with each other in-person.

As we welcome you back to our facility, we want to reassure you that we are following the directions of the health authorities and the best practices developed for small businesses like ours.

Below, we outline the procedures that will be in place when we open. We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our clients and staff so all visitors to the gym must follow the COVID procedures.

All visitors to our facility must either be signed up for class or have an appointment (to schedule an appointment, please contact Marc Locquiao at marc@rlconditioning.ca).

Drop in visitors will not be permitted in the facility.

Note that everyone must complete the Redline Conditioning COVID-19 Pre-Class Self Screening –  Declaration at least 3 hours prior to their scheduled visit. The form can be accessed here: https://bit.ly/RLCOVIDQ  (See the table below for guidance).

Signing up for a class/test session:

  1. On Zen Planner, RSVP or practice session (Redline member’s practice session).
  2. Fill out Redline Conditioning COVID-19 Pre-Class Self Screening – Declaration, at least 3 hours prior to class but no more than 12 hours prior. The form can be accessed here: https://bit.ly/RLCOVIDQ. Failure to complete the form before attending will result in no attendance of the class. A list of Questionnaire completion times is provided below.
  3. If you answer yes to any of questions in the Self-Screening Declaration, your coach will contact you prior to your class or appointment.

Non-member practice & official test sessions:

  1. To book your practice or official test, click HERE.
  2. The Redline Conditioning COVID-19 Pre-Class Self Screening – Declaration will be emailed to you the day before your test session. Please fill it out at least 3 hours prior to the session but no more than 12 hours prior. You may also access it here: https://bit.ly/RLCOVIDQ. A list of Questionnaire completion times is provided below.
  3. If you answer yes to any of questions in the Self-Screening Declaration, you will be contacted prior to your test session.

Important Note: It is important to answer the questionnaire truthfully. If you answer yes to any question, you will be asked to stay home. While this may seem like an abundance of caution, our primary goal is to ensure that our facility remains a low-risk environment for staff and members.

At the gym:

  1. Do not bring extra items to the gym; only the minimum equipment needed to participate in class (e.g. shoes, water bottle, yoga mat or large beach towel).
  2. The coach will open the door and permit entry to the facility a maximum of 5 minutes to class start.
  3. Upon entry, proceed to the washroom and wash hands. Hands must be washed with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds. Wipe down every surface touched before leaving the washroom (spray bottle and towels provided).
  4. Head to your workout area as directed by the coach. Ensure that you stay in this area unless otherwise directed by the coach.
  5. Clean your equipment before and after workout with the cleaning supplies provided, practising good hand hygiene before and after cleaning.
  6. Follow directions of the coach at all times and maintain minimum 2 m separation from others when not in your workout area.

Video on the procedures outlined above is below.
