Our Group Fitness offers conditioning training through circuit drills and running drills, as well as obstacle training within a large group format (up to 8-12 people per session). This is designed to improve your stamina and your fitness abilities.

PARE and POPAT Practice Tests

It is crucial to prepare for these physical exams just like you would a written exam. Practice makes perfect. If you are interested in law enforcement and know you need to pass the PARE, and POPAT tests we can help!

6 PAT Training

The 6 PAT training program, a unique training program that will prepare you for your PARE and POPAT tests in a progressive manner over the course of 6 weeks.
