Back Falls Instructions (PARE/POPAT Training)

Getting up from the back falls is trickier than the front falls; it’s certainly not as straight forward. How you get up quickly and efficiently is dependent on your current abilities.

In the video below, I go over a few methods of getting up from the back. Try the one you feel is suitable for you. When you practice it, take your time going through the steps, don’t worry about it doing it quickly. Once it starts making sense, you can then add speed and add the element of fatigue.
