Our Coaches
Tanya Hirschi
Hi Everyone! I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and still loving it!
I have a deep passion for working with those who need guidance in reaching their goals with lifestyle change, and exercise. Witnessing you march confidently across the stage at graduation is my greatest reward-it’s the moment that makes all the hard work worthwhile.
During my journey at Redline Conditioning, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they leap into new careers or take their first steps towards law enforcement. My philosophy is simple yet powerful: age is never a barrier to change. Whether you’re seeking a fresh start or reaching for a new goal, transformation is always within your grasp with hard work and dedication.
I became a trainer at Redline Conditioning with a mission-to help passionate individuals succeed in law enforcement and discover their true potential. In addition to fitness, I also work as a bylaw officer for the City of New Westminster.
Hey Redliners! My name is Jeremiah but you can also call me Jerry. I’ve been a coach for 3 years and have made it my duty to help people find the best version of themselves through training. In my experience, training can be better and more valuable if we learn to enjoy the process and make it fun! Sometimes I’ll join in the class and workout with you! Outside of Redline, I am an active competitive powerlifter, former amateur boxer and a VPD Cadet alumnus. I look forward to getting to know you!

Elisa Le
After losing herself during a challenging chapter of her life, Elisa Le found healing, identity, and power through movement-a journey that sparked her passion for strength training and calisthenics and ultimately led her to become a certified personal trainer
With 2.5 years of coaching experience, beginning at Orangetheory Fitness and now at Redline Conditioning, Elisa blends functional strength, mobility work, and calisthenics to help athletes and everyday movers reach optimal performance-not just to pass their physical tests, but to exceed them with confidence and surpass their own expectations.
With a background in dance, she brings a sharp awareness of rhythm, form, and technique, grounding her coaching in the belief that mobility, flexibility, and functional movement form the foundation of true strength and longevity. Her training style is intentional, supportive, and designed to help every client move with power, control, and a deeper connection to themselves.
Elisa holds a personal training certification and is currently pursuing further education to specialize in athletic performance, balanced training, and women’s health and fitness.

Sasha is experienced in coaching individuals and groups of varying athletic abilities and diverse backgrounds, with a focus on high performance coaching.
Her training philosophy centres on “train the way you fight”- whether it’s an athlete preparing for a match, a candidate preparing for a fitness test, or a member preparing for duty- a philosophy that has largely been shaped by her own service experience in the Canadian Army.
At Redline Conditioning, Sasha blends theory with practicality into her sessions to help law enforcement candidates achieve competitive times on their physical abilities tests and service members improve their fitness for duty.
Outside of working at Redline Conditioning, Sasha is also a certified CrossFit Trainer and an advanced CrossFit judge. She actively stays involved with the CrossFit community through coaching, judging competitions, and training to become a better athlete in the sport herself.
